Modder Is Demaking the Opening Section of Dead Space

A modder has decided to turn the clock back several years by reimagining the original Dead Space as a retro release. With Elden Ring being given PS1-era aesthetics, as well as SNES and Nintendo 64 demakes of BioShock Infinite and Portal, respectively, there is evidently room in the industry for fans to come along and recreate more modern games as though they existed in a bygone age. This is particularly interesting in an era that's pushing the technology forward with official remakes that take older properties and give them a current-gen look and feel.
