How to unlock the Yellow Ruinous Tablet in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

To unlock the Yellow Ruinous Tablet in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to find and get all 8 yellow stakes.

After you’ve got 8 yellow stakes, you can open the tablet and Chien-Pao will appear.

Here’s how to unlock the tablet/shrine:

  1. Find and get all 8 yellow stakes (expand the first screenshot above).
  2. Go to the tablet, open it, and Chien-Pao will appear.

Chien-Pao is one of the legendary Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet.

Here’s its description, “This Pokemon can control 100 tons of fallen snow”.

“It plays around innocently by leaping in and out of avalanches it has caused”.

To get to its Shrine, go to Western Province (Area One), climb the cliff, go northwest, climb another cliff, go down the cliff near the NPC girl, and you’ll see it.
