- Go to Sawah Village (south of the map).
- Head north and go inside the building (next to a long building).
- Go to the top floor of the building and unlock the office’s door.
The bank has two doors—the second-floor door and the top-story door.
You need to unlock the top-story office door by climbing a couple of staircases to the third floor.
The key is obtained at random from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
