BOOM! Studios has revealed a first look at Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #104. The bold and greatly anticipated Reunited, Recharged era of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers continues with the superstar creative lineup of writer Melissa Flores (Power Rangers, The Dead Lucky), artists Simona Di Gianfelice (Firefly) and Kath Lobo (Magic), colorists Raúl Angulo (Mighty Morphin) and Fabi Marques (Power Rangers Unlimited: The Death Ranger), and letterer Ed Dukeshire reuniting all of your favorite Rangers, recharged and ready for a bold new direction for your favorite Teenagers With Attitude that begins right here, available in January 2023. 

Readers and longtime fans know Rita Repulsa as the Rangers’ first and most infamous adversary, but there’s more to her mysterious past! Rita — now known as Mistress Vile — maintains Matt’s imprisonment and unveils new revelations about her history. She now seeks a prize for Dark Specter–one that he won’t be able to resist. With new allies and an all-too-familiar minion, will the Morphin Grid be able to withstand Mistress Vile’s onslaught?

Currently, Power Rangers is celebrating 30 continuous years on the air, making it one of the longest-running kids’ live-action series in television history, with over 900 episodes aired to date. Created by Haim Saban and launched in 1993 with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the series launched its 29th overall season in Spring 2022, with season two of “Power Rangers Dino Fury,” which airs exclusively on Netflix in the U.S. The 30th season “Power Rangers: Cosmic Fury” was also announced to debut in 2023.
